Lord Scooby's Domain

Hello my name is Lord Scooby and I am the better half  (did I say that??) of Lady Grace.  I am 49 and don't look a day over 48!! We have 2 beautiful children that are too smart for their (and our) own good. Being married for 20 years you would think a man knows his woman right?? DON'T YOU BELIEVE IT!!

I am a huge Bobby Labonte fan and seeing as how Pennsylvania is now offering for sale the NASCAR license plate I am hoping Mrs. Scooby (Lady Grace) will get me one soon.

Born and raised right her in south central Pennsylvania, I hope I don't die here LOL. Actually I'm hoping I don't die at all!!! I went to local schools and graduated from Red Land in 76. I am of German ancestry

( and my wife and Grandfather say some Irish as well) so I guess between the Lady and myself our children are one quarter German and three quarters Irish. No damn wonder they are so determined and pig headed.

I work for a local restaurant as a chef. I tried my hand at being a manager and let me tell you there is no hospitality in the hospitality business when your the manager. And that observation has been made from being in the restaurant industry for 30 years

In addition to being a NASCAR fan I also am a fan of the  Pittsburgh Penguins. I am also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In the AHL (American hockey league) I like the Hershey Bears. Hence the background of the bear I have chosen for my page.

My other interests are varied from reading historical accounts of World War II, Vietnam and the Civil War to reading Fantasy Novels like Queen of Demons by David Drake. I enjoy cooking (obviously) and rough housing with my kids. They give me a heck of a workout between Samantha who is 13 now (damn! time is flying)  and JR (short for Junior) who just turned 10 in September. Well I guess that is about it for now. I shall be back to add more as time permits.

Autistic Children: It's been said they live in their own worlds. The truth of the matter is they live in ours and it's our responsibility to make sure they get the special  help they need in order to become productive members of the  society in which they lve."
